The owner said that the campground had been open about 12 months (as of March 2018). The sites are all graveled and reasonably level. All have full hookups but there is no local cable. The owner did his homework and the vast majority of campers prefer wi-fi with broadband capabilities for streaming videos, file uploads/downloads, etc. The layndry has 2-washers and 2-dryers and there are 2-bathrooms with showere that are nice, clean and modern. There is no propane service and apparently no dump station. All transactions are electronic via Square Up and confirmations are texted to your mobile device with a link to a website. There is fishing but leave the dynamite at home. Yes, the rules clearly state that - I'm not joking!
