This CG is just one big squishy muddy dump that has not seen any improvements in decades. From the broken / patched concrete to the outdated playground, this place is simply horrible. This floodplain has standing water in all of the potholes; prime breeding ground for mosquitoes. Although many of the sewer connections are below ground level without heads, there are plenty of broken pieces of concrete laying around to weight your connector down. The best of the sites are close to the water on gravel with portable elec boxes, which are not trustworthy a/c sources (IMO). A walk through the adjacent woods is a treasure hunt for partially buried appliance parts and garbage from previous floods. Had your tetanus shot? There is a decent laundry house at the front but it only has two of each. There is no wifi but the cell service is good and OTA. The staff, including maintenance, can be found holding down benches in the store (obviously nothing to do) and are pleasant enough. The CG is encompassed by a wall of stacked shipping containers. There is a nice grassy park less than a half-mile up the street to walk to, but this is definitely NOT a place where you will want to be outside to work on any RV projects or basement jobs.
