Great place. Very accommodating, especially when we came up during busy season with no prior reservation. The lots were huge.

Instead of acustomer. There's a huge difference. Great layout, wide level sites, nice community firepit with free firewood, and finally a good Internet connection. Quiet property with no activities for kids, which was ideal for us. Ever notice what great mood everyone is in with no kids around?

We spent four nights here on our first ever trip to Maine. It was a great location for the day trips to Acadia and the surrounding area. The on-site managers were warm and very helpful. We highly recommend this campground!!!

We stayed two nights in our 32 ft class A motor home with a car in tow. Very long, wide and level sites. The quietest experience ever. Laundry is very well equipped and clean. I recommend this campground to you!

Great park . Wide spaces. Full hookups on Level gravel sites. Owner on site, gives helpful hints on places to go. Like Ruth and wimpy about 15 min drive from park. Follow Web site direction using Google maps to park. If coming 1A from Bangor make sure to turn off before main st in ellsworth. Go to Bucksport see suspension bridge and ft knox. Turning in from hi way 1 very bumpy entrance. Well water taste good but pressure on low side. Good sams prk.

| Very good CH

Owners, very friendly, and on site. Clean facilities, cable, level sites and just a few miles from downtown Ellsworth (great town). Would definitely stay here again. Just an FYI, make sure your sewer hookup at your unit is higher than the actual sewer connection-water doesn't run up hill. Some sites have high sewer connections. 5 stars =concrete pads and paved roads.

Stayed here for 10 days. Perfect location for seeing the area. Close to downtown Ellsworth with cafes, restaurants, microbrewery and anything else one might need. Sites are long and level. Facilities were clean and owners were on site and nice. Perfect location, would stay here again without question.

| Peaceful and Quiet

Beautiful trees, level campsites and very easy to maneuver through the park. The bathhouse and restrooms were spotless. Location is perfect, far enough from Bar Harbor that there is no traffic. But close enough to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP that will make you want to go often. Ellsworth is a nice small town with some excellent food.. Owners, Jeff and Lynn are lovely and very helpful! Will definitely stay again!!

Jeff and his wife are great! The sites are large with level rv pad - lots of trees in the back of the park - stayed here 4 days - very quiet - great central location to Bar Harbor and surrounding area - most of the other campers were staying for 2 weeks or longer. Camped with motorhome and toad.

Very dark and very quiet add up to great sleep. Large pull-thru sites with shade. Best cable and WiFi I ve had in campground. Close enough to see all of the areas attractions. Owners are on site and are super nice people.

The campground is in a great location to visit Acadia National Park. When we checked in, the owner gave us many suggestions on where to go and what to do. He has a great passion for the area!

This park is truly a treasure! The owners are great people. They are very knowledgeable about things to see and do in the area. And they do it with a smile! I did not utilize the pool, bath houses or laundry, but the rest of the park is well maintained. The flowers and fountain at the entrance are very welcoming.
