The gravel sites are level and well-spaced. Immaculate pit toilets. It's a beautiful one hour drive to the North Rim.
Camp hosts were wonderful, place was immaculate and just what we needed for our overnight stop
After a day at the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, I stopped here at sunset on my way to Zion. Perfect little spot. The camp is well-maintained and the Camp Host was efficient and helpful. Nearby is a gas station, small store, and cafe. Great spot for anyone going to North Rim for a day trip only.
This park is very clean, the staff is very friendly. They have water, the pit toilets were very well maintained. They sell firewood for $7 a bundle and they deliver it to your site. $20 for rv's if you have a NP access or Sr pass it is only $10.
We couldn't get into the Grand Canyon North rim campground so we booked here and were gland we did. We would have had to go right buy the campground anyway to get to the North Rim, 40 miles away. The site was really nice. The campground host was helpful. The site was spacious and quiet. The days were cool enough that we didn't need to run air conditioner. We enjoyed the spring water and a camp fire.
