Quiet with few people. Bathroom is from the 60's with no update. Grounds are weedy and in need of attention. Nice people but $55.00 cash as a quote doesn't fit what you get. Good Sam discount got us down 10%. KOA just down the street. Probably a good place until KOA entered the market.
