This little gem of a state park was wonderful to stay at. The views of the Mississippi River were fantastic. The connection is Electric Only but there is a fresh water station and a dump station available. The rates were reasonable and according to the staff it is never crowded.
Here it is, on a Tuesday, first day of summer and we are the only campers here. Lots of trees and shade and widely spaced parking pads. Water and electric, with a dump station on the way out. There is a beautiful overlook where you can see into Missouri a day what used to be the state capitol of Illinois.
