| Great for kids
Fort Massac has lots of playgrounds for the kids to play on. Our kids loved exploring the fort and biking around the park. Beautiful setting with lots of big trees.
| Beautiful Park
Electric only. Wide grass spaces. Hard packed gravel sites. Walk to the Ohio River. Close to town and interstate.
| Excellent overnight or short stay
We stayed there last week. It has plenty of trees but it still has open easy access back in sites. The campground has 30 & 50 amp service but no sewer or water hookups. It does have a dump station if one is needed. The Ohio river is very close so you might hear some river traffic but the highway is far enough away to not contribute noise.
