Bay view site great rest not so much

Great location for beach and wildlife reserves. Lots of restaurants with in 15 mins. Bay side lots are great with a bit of breathing room. Number 7 is best for room. Compared to other park in this area as all beach area parks which tend to be very close quarters this one is bit more spacious with shade and trees. Great fishing pier and clean shower rooms. Bit unkept in front and some rv look like they are here permanently. Overall the crappy competition males this one pretty solid choice

A nice change. Water sites are nice but hard to come by in the busy months. Friendly Staff. Good Wi Fi. Great cable. We will come back

Love the quietness

We have stayed 3 times and this is where we are going to come back to every time. Very quiet and peaceful. Enjoy night fishing off the pier. Great play spot for your dogs. Rob and Sue are awesome! Very friendly and take care of your needs. Very clean also.

You Pay for the Great View

Enjoyed our stay even tho it rained a lot. Owner is super nice. We had site 2 right on the bay and saw dolphin and their mascot heron Buddy. Gravel with cement patio and sparse grass. Our site was nicely shaded great internet, cable and free laundry! (Never had that before.) just expensive at $70 a nite.

Nice and quiet

As mentioned in other reviews I read, this park is really quiet. I was actually surprised how secluded it is. There are other homes nearby, but it's well away from the touristy Gulf Shores, but not too far to enjoy it yourself. We were there Labor Day weekend and there were several open sites. No real amenities other than the fishing pier, cable, wifi (which was surprisingly good; I was streaming college football games all day) and laundry. But, it's a great place to just relax. Sue is a real sweetheart and gave us a walk around when we got there to show us the hook ups and where all of the facilities were. It's a bit pricey for what they offer, but if you get a bay view or bay side site, the view is awesome. We stayed in a 30' travel trailer in site 12, which is a pull through. We'll definitely stay here again.

Not spacious

Over all this park is ok. They advertise spacious sites, small sites no place to even park my car. We stayed in site 3 so we could fish. The water is so shallow and dirty you will never catch any. The worse thing of all when we went into the mgr office it stunk so bad it would take you gag. My wife had to walk out, nice park poor management. You have been warned. There are some real nice parks right down the street.

Great location & views of the bay!

This is a great place to stay while in Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores. The location is far enough away from the crowds at the shores but also close enough to get there to do what you want! The public beach at fort Morgan is only about 5 minutes away & is amazing! We loved it & will be back!!!

Got oceanfront site. Beautiful! Couldn't fish off dock because of repair. First day in here come the dump trucks and dirt movers to repair the sea wall. VERY LOUD all week. The third day in we were asked to move to another spot so they could work where we we're set up. Very inconvenient. But we understood. Just wish we had been told before we paid them.

This was 1st stay here Love it! The extra for the water view is worth it. Level, gravel lot. Owners are super nice. Lots of shade if you want that. Fish right off pier. Dolphins twice a day. Clean rest rooms. Dog run has hog wire, not good for small dogs, but large ones, ok. Reason no 5 star. Dogs were suppose to be on leash. Someone came in with 3 large dogs, not on leash. Usually people were close by, but dogs came through our site. I have small dogs, wasn't comfortable with that. Otherwise, you won't regret staying here. Bring your fishing equipment.
