Very good historical displays. Self guided- really liked that. Plenty of room for 40 foot MH. Wildlife. Quiet. Hiking. Dump on other side of our area. Could not cross low point at stream to get to it. 9foot tail dragged. Camped there 4yrs ago.
Lots of wildlife. Quiet place to camp. Friendly park staff. Some of the sites are unlevel and won't accommodate big rigs but still worth the $$. It is a State Park so there are entrance fees . Get a park pass and save $$$ One of our favorites.
One night $57. We came in late and they told us to just park and settle up in the morning. We only used power but got charged for the little cabins near us. Plus 3.00/ person entrance fee. Beautiful place but beware!!
