Handy to Victoria attractions. Large park. Mix of tourists and extended stay. Large laundry. Like so many parks, next to RR tracks. Adequately maintained. Small playground area. Did not see anyone using it.

Large RV park with a big laundromat. Public transit to downtown Victoria. The train tracks are there but, they are abandoned, and, haven't been in use for years. Great walking/bicycle trail adjacent to this RV Park also goes right into town.

+ enough space + very friendly management (they organise you some Whale Watching Tours) + public transportation to Victoria + facilities in good condition - a lot of long stay camper
