We were arriving late, they made arrangements. It's very clean with large pull thrus. Only thing I wish was different was that it was a bit more lit up. We will stay here next time through.

Easy to find a mile off of I-10, very quiet. The owner was very friendly, sites are level, full hook ups and very clean. The WiFi was good too. We did not look at the bathrooms. Passport America discount and free coffee and waffles in the morning! We were in a 41 foot motorhome, the site was big enough for the motorhome and our full size truck. We would definitely stay here again.

Sites are gravel, and level. Park is nothing fancy. Manager, Pam, was very sweet and accommodating (she also bakes homemade pies!) WiFi was fairly good, cable has 18 channels. But price, WITH good sams discount, was $32/night....not "$19-20" as listed.

| Some Managers should not be!

We stopped here for an overnight, but did not stay. The manager was angered about something her husband had done, and was cussing him out to us while the poor guy stood nearby! After a 10 minute rant she took us to the office to sign-in. Then she started another rant calling her husband every name in the book, plus so new ones I hadn't heard a woman say! At that point we just said no thanks and turned to leave. The park is nothing to look at and old. There is a much better looking park another mile East - go there instead!

| Small and growing! New owner

The new owners (since April 2017) are very accommodating and go out of their way to help! This is a small park that honors several RV Club discounts. I recommend reserving. They plan to expand and some renovations have begun. We stayed two nights and they were full both nights, although they also have lots of room for overflow with varying degrees of hook ups to no hook ups at all. There is a small laundry and Full hook up sites have picnic tables. They also have some full time spaces

Level, gravel, sites. FHU and cable. Easy on and off I-10. New owners..Pam was very helpful. Accepted Passport discount...but then tacked on a $5 utility fee plus taxes...that was a first! We did not use the restrooms or laundry. I guess this time of year is the slow time...we were the only campers there. It was a bit spooky. We were only there for one night in a fifth wheel.

| A place to park for the night

Very nice folks. Not really a tourist attraction very rustic but it accomplishes what it was meant to do. I wouldn't make this a destination but surely a friendly stopover on the way. Will certainly come again.

Been stopping here for years. Our first stop out of Tucson after we have been packing and prepping for days, exhausted and just happy to get on the road. Nice owner, safe location with deep spots , #26 easily accommodated 30 ft + toad. Easy interstate access, easy access to Chevron down the street. They try to space out guests leaving empty spaces inbetween if possible. We typically come thru early June and seems they have plenty of spots. Pleasure to stay here. Tmobile was 56 up 16 down midnite midweek.

OK for an overnight stop. Bathrooms were clean, but needed updating badly. Could hear the train at night. Sites were fairly level and hookups were all functional. Price was a little high for an overnight stay. Nothing close by, but good food a couple of miles down the road in town. Staff was courteous and helpful.
