Stopped in for one night, wished we could have stayed longer. Really nice COE park, very friendly staff. We used one of the two pull-thrus, nice level concrete site with ample room.

On the scale of 5 Foscue Creek rates a solid 10. Full facility hook ups, level paved sites with groomed gravel picnic areas, some with decks over the water and 24 hour entertainment with the barge and boat traffic on the Tombigbee River. Oh, did I mention the clean restrooms and free firewood? Lots to see in Demopolis and some good restaurants. $12 with the Senior Pass...what a deal!

Very nice views. Big sites with concrete pads, most along the water. Good facilities. Friendly & helpful staff. A prime COE park. We would stay here again

| Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay

Another camper told us about Foscue and we are glad they did! We enjoyed our stay in this very nice park. Clean, well kept, roomy sites with concrete patios, lantern poles, fire rings and aluminum picnic table. When they design campgrounds they need to take a look at Foscue Park, we didn't see anything undesirable. The sites are well set up, well maintained, hiking/biking trails, views of the lake/river, bathhouse/laundry facilities, playgrounds for the kiddos, covered pavillions for rent for large parties, easy to navigate roads and good clearance for big rigs, free firewood (bring an axe to chop it). Camphosts always on duty and willing to help any way they can. If we are in the area again (and we will purpose to be) we won't hesitate to stay at Foscue Creek again. The one drawback we experienced was an invasion of sugar ants, we know that isn't unusual in park settings and next time we will be more prepared for the "wildlife".

We stayed on site 54 in a 22 ft class C. We were over looking the water way and saw three barges go by. The host were very helpful. Note: debt or credit card only no cash.

All spots are on concrete pads, and they have some pull-thrus, but I think there is a 2 night minimum on the weekends for pull-thrus. Paved roads through out the park. Cute and clean, play areas for kids, and friendly staff. They have strict hours and close the gates at 10 pm, you can leave the grounds after then, but you cannot come back in until 6 am.
