$22 w/o discount in Cottonwood Loop CG for 50A with water pull thru site. Some shade.
A beautiful state park with nice campsites a few with full hook ups, the rest with water and electric . We will be spending a lot more time here. Easy access to/from I-44.
A nice park without the feel of an RV Park. There are several parks areas within the park, some easier to access than others. The days we were there it was fairly empty on the other side of the dam and also in Cottonwood Park. The park beside the big docks were packed full already. The ranger said it really gets packed everywhere in the summer. There was plenty of shade, lots of pull through spaces, playgrounds. The sites where we were were concrete and each had a table, light pole and grills. There are bike trails hike trails, and I understand a place for horseback riding. The cities of Foss and Brandon are close, but not much to them. A gas station on the other side of I40.
Great level sites with incredible view. Clean facilities. Abundant hiking trails and friendly Park Rangers. We will be back for extended stay.
