Do not go to this park. You have to pay in advance. No refund possible. When you get there and find it's a dump, you will leave.

I was there a two weeks and my neighbor somehow got BBQ sauce on the side of my trailer. The next day when I went outside to check it and see about washing it off, his dog came out of nowhere and bit my right hand along with tearing my shorts. All he said was, "oh, he doesn't usually do that! Come here, boy.", and closed the door! The park manager would not go over there telling me she doesn't want to get bit and had already told him not to leave his dog outside without being on a leash! Needless to say nothing was done till I spoke to things owner by e-mail because they wouldn't call me. He kicked out my neighbor and paid my electricity. I left, needless to say. No shade, no friendliness, not EVER staying there again.

I have been here a month and it is quiet except for the train nearby. The Internet goes in and out and the parking is made for one car per spot.
