We stayed here twice. Four nights on our way north and 6 weeks later for 6 nights on our way south. Small and friendly. On our return Jim and Peggy acted like we were returning family members. Beautiful park. There is no playground, pool and campfires are nightly in the pavilion fireplace. Great part of the country for outdoor activities away from the park. We stayed in a 5th wheel. (There is also a great rv repair place in the area Anglins rv)
My husband and I have been here for 2 weeks at Franklin RV Campground and it's been wonderful. The hosts, Peggy and Jim, are so gracious and helpful and make you feel really welcome. We pull out in the morning and I wish we could stay longer. I hope to return next year and stay here for a month during the changing of the leaves. Great place. Great people..... Only drawback is no laundry on the premises but there is one nearby. Five Star!
Beautiful well maintained park. Peg and Jim were wonderful camp hosts. We will definitely return again. This is our second stay this year.
Small, quiet, spacious sites. (Only 27) Not cramped/stacked up like most. Plenty of Room for my 44 ft toy hauler. Hosts are awesome. Convenient to a lot of nice motorcycle rides. A little pricey, but worth it. Fantastic outdoor pavilion convenient to all sites. Nice bath house.
We have been here twice before and are headed back there again tomorrow. Great host and neat place, convenient to a lot of fun places.
Small quiet park, but very nice. Beautiful pavilion with huge fireplace. They are upgrading the cable and wifi next week. Should make it even better.
Very nice,quiet,clean RV park. Our level, FHU, pull-thru site was a combination of grass/gravel. Plenty of cable channels,WiFi.New system TV and WIFI coming this week. We would stay here again.
This is a small, quiet, tucked away place with quick access to Georgia road. No pool, but friendly staff, fast internet and an in the woods feel. Bath house is old but clean. We would stay again.
