Nice park. Friendly staff. Not quite walking distance from downtown but short drive. Clean faculties. Commercial ice-maker easily accessible. Nice beer garden next door with food trucks. Its only drawback was the stickers in the grassy areas. It was hard on the dogs but also hard on us because we carried them in on our shoes. They were difficult to get out of the soles and the carpet in the coach.

| Don't think I would stay again

The staff was friendly. It is clean and level. There is a nice laundry room. I gave it three stars for that. However it not within walking distance of the shops. It was 45.00 per night and there is no pool. That we sorely missed due to heat.

| Not best place for families.

We used this KOA on our very first time going to Fredericksburg in Early spring 2015. Nothing special or fun about this place. Spaces are tight. Very little shade if any. Many sights right next to the hi-way. I guess park would be enjoyable for older people looking for quiet, uneventful time. DEFINITELY NOT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OR DOGS THAT MAY MAKE NOISE OF ANY KIND. You can tell that by park rules. This is the main reason I would never stay here again. That and the fact that you can't have a camp fire. No s'mores? no roasted hot dogs? What is the point of bringing your camper out? No fun at all. We spent our nights trying to keep the kids quiet and make sure dog didnt bark in fear that we may be "evicted." We would have went somewhere else but nothing was available. I will admit that park staff driving by seemed friendly and waved/smiled. All in all, even if this was the only rv park in the area I would still never stay there again. I would not bring our camper, we would just get a hotel. Pool is dirty. Kids enjoyed play area. Place is clean and quiet. Overpriced, but norm for KOA's

This was very nice. Flat, gravel, pull through spots. Asphalt roads. Lights at each spot. Very clean showers, bathrooms and laundry. Close to town.

Great park. We choose this park for our very first weekend in the new Camper as we are in San Antonio. Great Park. All slots are pull through so easy to get in and out of. This is very much more of a Snow Bird camp ground this time of year. It was extremely quiet, and everyone was very nice and helpful. Very clean and well kept. All slot are level gravel with plenty of room for a 37' TT and a TV. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. Wifi was great, it did slow down a bit around 8:00 but nothing unexpected. I couldn't get quite as many channels as they said were available but I blame the TV not their service. I would absolutely stay here again when wanting to do the Wine tours. They also have happy hours and breakfasts available for the RV'rs at a very low cost.

| Wonderful!

Best park yet in two years of RVing. Pull thru spaces, flat, packed decomposing granite with concrete pad for onsite pic is table. Shade trees, friendly staff, free ice, bike to downtown easily in 5-10 minutes off-hiway. And cable television that actually works with over thirty active digital channels.

We stay here most every time we visit Fredericksburg. Sites are very well maintained and level. Management always friendly. It's a quiet area and my two dogs like it. It's easy to get to town and to go to the local HEB for groceries

| Conveniently located in town

Great location with friendly neighbors, quite a few full timers in rigs. Nice grounds, with lily pads in pond at back, dog play area & a memorial garden, nice touch. Grass at all sites, with sand burrs that our dog picked up, parked on gravel. All pull-thru sites facing the same direction, a park entrance & exit. Laundry room was reasonably priced, $1.50 wash, $1 to dry for 45 minutes. Rec room, little library leave one take one. Would return again
