| Really nice park in a fantastic area!
Not a lot to choose from as far as RV parks in the area......YET! This has nice amenities and very clean and well run. About 6 miles from downtown F-berg but surrounded by 25-30 really nice Wineries!! From Messina Hof to Jack-*ss winery. We've hit about 15-16 the last 4 times we stayed. It's not cheap, but it's a lot cheaper than local B&Bs and hotel/motels in the area. And a lot less than the Yogi Bear park down the street! Tried and true, we keep coming back. There's a KIA downtown, but you can touch your neighbors rig from yours!
| Could be better
Ambiance is nice. Way too many feral cats. Management appears to be feeding them so they are prolific. The conditions are kinda rundown but the spacious sites kinda make up for this. The approach (facade) is dismal but the park is more pleasant than it appears from the front. With a little more interest from the management this could be a nice place.

This is a nice park but Pricey. We have found that to be true of all KOA parks.
