Received a written quote in April for 14 days $ 600.00 after discounts and taxes. Sadly I was charged $ 700.00 upon arrival. When questioned I got a lot of excuses. I stayed 2 weeks last October with no issues. So I think this is my last visit here and probably KOA in general!! I will look elsewhere in the Portland area for September and October.
