Jun 8, 2013 Lane C The park is small and in a residential neighborhood, but the restrooms and clean and well maintained and our space was in a nice grassy area. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable

Clean, good bathroom, but a bit expensive. It's a mobile park. The RV slots are located directly at the street.
It appears to be primarily for extended stays but the people were friendly and the bathrooms clean. Not five stars because of a yappy little dog barking all night and rooster across the street making all kinds of noise. Didnt sleep well but rooster was outside of parks control. One bathroom for every one, signs for who female/male use worked well. Might stay again if rooster gets cooked.
We only came her because the rv park we planned staying at was already closed at around 4:00pm. What a happy coincidence because the staff in Fresno mobile home & RV park were really nice, as well as our neighbours for the night, and really helpful. Although quite near the highway, this place was quiet at night (we could hear some trains). Free WiFi worked fine and bathroom was really clean. You could easily see that the owner cares about there park.
Mostly long stays and mobile homes, tight spacing for those reserved for short stay motor home. No cable TV. Pricy.
As others have noted, the single staff member in attendance was helpful. Spaces are very tight and overnighters must back into the two spaces allocated for same. Oh, by the way you will be blocking a city street until finished with this manuver. Roosters still reside across the street and are happy to announce dawn three hours prior to sunrise. But if fifty dollars is acceptable for this fun (that's Good Sam price) give it a try.
We looked at the other RV parks in the area but they were a bit sketchy looking and family members who live nearby agreed that the areas were questionable. This one was the cleanest and safest looking. Yes the overnight apps are by the street... I'm parked there now... and they are fine. I didn't hear a rooster but ran the AC all night so maybe that's why. Shower area looked clean and laundry facilities were the best I've seen on the trip. Easiest review comment I can add is...I would stay again next time I come this way. Why only 4 stars then? A busy road and no natural geographic beauty (river, lake, etc.)
Pro The place had a warm feeling to it. small but nice. plenty of air channels good wifi clean and they watched. Next to HWY 99 Weak point no cable but plenty of air channels. Final point I would stay again.
