Lots of full timers so they exile all the weekenders to the outsides of the park. Meaning row one by the main road or all the way in the back. We were lucky enough to get them to move us from by the road to the back by the creek. Being by the creek was unbearable with noseeums. The people that work there are nice if you can get in touch with them which isn't easy. We won't return here.
The environment is beautiful! The people are so wonderful and friendly no exiling from anybody. And the office ladies I just want to take them home with me and feed them and make them as happy as they made us. Thanks for the much needed smiles and laughter. I love the wild life. The staff is friendly. The park is well-kept.
We live in Orlando and have a son that plays college baseball in St Pete. We stay at the park on the weekends our son has home games. The park does have several full time residents. Everyone we have encountered has been very friendly and the staff at the park is awesome.
Tried to make reservations. Called three times and left messages, never returned my calls. Very unprofessional.
This park is a place geared towards encouraging interaction with your fellow travelers. Super nice meeting hall and outdoor picnic area. A place where you could relax and stay a while. Clean and efficient! Some road noise if you have a spot up front like we had. The park is nice and shady for most of the park with oak trees.
