Stayed the night of 6/14/14. A great family campground with good facilities, friendly people and decent rates. Would recommend.
Used to camp here all the time!! Me and my cousin would take our class c's n camp n our husbands would come in the evenings.. Until john n Martha wouldn't let us back in/ pull in so that our awnings faces each other . We were told EVERY AWNING must face a certain way!! No awnings facing each other! Even tho we assured john we would stay on the gravel drive! It wasn't allowed. So needless to say.... They lost our business n lots of our friends as well!
Full of seasonal coaches. Very unfriendly. Would not come back.
Was just spending one night while traveling. Easy on/off freeway, reasonable price, and no freeway noise. But, the spots were nowhere near level.
Stayed here on a trip west. Website touted chocolate weekend so we decided to stay for two nights instead of one. Same comments as previous. Unlevel, had to pay for kids, mostly seasonal, they cancelled candy bar bingo which was a main reason we came. Kids were sad. Pool was okay. I wouldn t return.
Just stayed one night on cross country trip. Quiet, easy in/out. Nice people. Gravel pads, but good deal of mud around the park. Check out town of Foxburg.
