Tall pines. A lot of permanent unit sold, many pay for summer. Always have reservations. Friendly, nice pool, activities, washer & dryer nice. Clean park, secure, well maintained, had trouble with satellite but big building for adults. TV, game tables, air conditioning
When we arrived for check in we were offered to drive around and pick a spot we liked. I liked the choice so we were able to find a pull through making it easy for my husband to park. The park is full of trees and is beautiful! When it rains a lot, and it did the weekend we were there, puddles form in the low spots which could be the middle of your space, at your door or the middle of the roads! Luckily this was not an issue for us at all. Our site was large, plenty of space for our dogs to wander on their 10' leashes and for the fire pit. There was a floating dock off the Sippican River (we think) where a few people put in kayaks and where we sunned, taking in the views. We didn't use the pool or other facilities but they were packed with families most of the day and early evening. The last day we were there ponies were brought in for rides. Nice, family friendly camp.
This RV park is a seasonal membership park with some overnight sites. The road to the entry and within the park are very poorly maintained. RV sites are also poorly maintained. Utilities are good.
