Stayed for two nights while visiting family in the area. Large camping sites with water and electric. Bath house is a very old building, but very clean. Friendly Rangers and lots of area to explore. Great stay!
Clean older restrooms, park on Edisto river, sandy, level spots
Campsites are large and fairly level. Bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed it. Camp host in Rangers are very friendly and helpful. Have some full hookups as well as 50 amp service.
If you want some isolation and a place for a nice walk this park is for you. It has a 1.5 mile walk around the outside that is a great place to commune with nature. the park amenities all work, and there are two convenient stores within walking distance from the park entrance. Showers are clean and functional. Cellphone data is only one bar of service with AT&T which is barely functional for netflix if lucky.
