| Not good
Tried to get a refund for partial stay....was told I was rude and absolutely no. Rude, greedy, and not friendly. They seemed to think I owed them for allowing me to pull in after 9pm. They also said they would prosecute me over $70 if I canceled my CC for partial payment. Who does that? I guess customer service is non existent here. Wouldnt stay here again, and wouldn't be here now except I would be out money. Oh and did I mention that the total coat for a spot with no sewer and no ac was $170.? Wow.
| Correction to "NOT GOOD"
Unfortunately this camper has the incorrect campground. Our fees are only $30 - $35 per night. We have never charged $70. We are family owned and operated for 44 years. The description they gave is familiar to a nearby campground. We would never threaten to prosecute. If for some reason you were not happy here, we would have tried our best to make whatever the situation was correct, so you could enjoy your stay. It only takes one bad review to make a business look bad. We are open year around and try out best to accommodate campers even through the winter months. Thank You.
| Amazing Place, great staff! Clean and kept up
GHL is an amazing campground, with tons of amenities and wonderful staff. We have loved staying here and look forward to our next trip. They are constantly improving the offerings and adding more to do. Kudos to all!
