nice campground on little bay de noc. Our site was in the full hookup section, sites are a bit tight on this side. Just the right number of big trees. Nice lakeside boardwalk out around the point, and a path to a big lakefront park to the west. We woulda stayed a third day but they were full.
We used our own bathroom and camped in a motorhome.
Cost was $30 a night.

Good Campground for a small town
By user-6402296... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed for 10 days (August 4-14). Nice level pull-through site (#16). Plenty of room on ours because the rig we own does not have slide outs.
Very clean bathrooms and showers. Decent, free WiFi. Quiet. Nice walking path, nice little sandwich beach. Walking distance to a great local restaurant (4 Jay's).
Made our reservations in March and at that time did not know for sure the exact dates my husband would be able to stay due to work. Two days before check in we called office to inform them we would need to leave on Wednesday morning instead of Thursday. (To give someone else a chance to reserve the site early). Was told we would not be refunded the one day and ended up paying an additional $50! (Apparently we were charged a late cancellation fee?? Even though we stayed 10/11 days we reserved)
Paid $30/day for full hookup, pull through site. Just make sure you don't leave early. You will be charged the "cancellation fee" regardless.

Large grassy spots in electric section. Somewhat smaller in the full hookup area. Great view on Lake Michigan. Some of the tent spots are right next to the lake. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. Bike path and board walks between parks town and campground. Very good wifi. Friendly people. Will be back.

Lovely Spot

It's a large park along the waterfront. We got a site with electric, but no water/sewer. It was a lumpy, grassy area where it was difficult to level our trailer. However, all the other amenities made up for it. We had a view of the water, and we enjoyed the walking/biking path. Showers are nice, and wifi is good. No cable TV. We paid $25.

Great for a night or two
By user-5248186... on 2017-10-23.
$30 for pull-through full hookup, free wifi, and hot showers! Nice lake view, well kept and clean. Sites are small and not private. Not the place to spend your vacation, but really great for an overnight stay.

Happy Rock -great
By user-3539058 on 2017-10-23.
New facilities, level sites, easy access, view of lake, popular, but didn't seem crowded. Lots of walking paths (cement/boardwalk), easy access to town. Spacious fire pits, great services, full hook up, cable and WiFi. We camped in a motorhome. Would return.

No cable or Wifi, but what you get is a very nice, well maintained RV Park. Spaces are large if you tell them your needs. Hookups are easy and very clean. Anything you need is a short drive. The Host is terrific.
