Not on the Level

Was going to stay here Jan 2017, called ahead, they said reservations not necessary.When I got to the gate they asked to see my drivers license, vehicle registration and insurance. I thought "That's odd." but I'd read reviews that said they were trying to clean the place up.
Then agent said she was going to COPY them all!!! Luckily they were readily returned before being copied or I would have called police. Do you realize the claims they could falsely make with this info?!
Not a typical request, and I have stayed at many parks before. Agent understood, said many people had issues with this. Shame since its a great area. Do not allow anyone to copy all that info, definitely a scam. Hate to give even 1 star but I must.

Full of tweekers and parolees living there. The spaces are tight and people park wherever they want, so we had to back our 40 foot rig down a winding road to get out because we couldn't get around the cars parked everywhere.

Traveling for business need a place on a monthly bases they want your SS# along with your monthly income guess driving a $75,000 coach isn't enough sadly have to give them 1 star to post

Not bad...not great

This place is under new management. I stayed here with my family for almost one year while working in the area. Cheapest place in SoCal. Full hookups, free WiFi (just ok), pool, laundry, filtered water machine, propane available, air compressor for tires. There is a small store onsite. They have an air conditioned kids game room that is staffed. Not the cleanest rv park but we would stay there again if needed.

No Real Security

They have a gate guard, but let anyone in to go to a noisy bar near the pool. Loud music and traffic half of the night.
Many trailer dwellers ( not RVers) are permanent here.
Will never stay here again.
Don't waste your time.

This is a residential park only, my guess is better than 85%. It was dirty, very little grass, cigarette butts everywhere, bathroom we used was dirty and smelled really bad. I wouldn't stay here again for any reason!!! Nothing good can be said for this place, nothing. Rating 1.

Spent two nights. The staff was very accommodating.
There really isn't a restaurant.
Most of the laundry machines were out of order.
Used their shower... Not great, but notbad and plenty of hot water.
There are a lot of "permanent" residents. Probably because their monthly rates are low?
I sure can't complain, for the price!

Don’t bother! The hoops you have to jump thru are ridiculous! They wanted a Declaration letter from our insurance company! Who carries that? We drive an expensive MH, I’m sure we are well insured! Told us to have our ins co fax it to them. By the way, it is illegal for them to make copies of you DL liscense!

We found this park using Passport America. We needed a place that allowed 10 days, for a reasonable price. Our cost was $17.50 per day! It is an owner park, so most sites are full timers of every vintage. People were quiet, friendly and respectful. Staff is great! We didn't mind the background check, as it tells is that everyone here has also been cleared! The vehicle inspection (sewer and electric) was a new one, but we had no trouble.
Also knowing that gate staff checked everyone coming in was comforting too.
I rated the park three stars because as an older park, it does need upgrades, such as 50amp hookups, and our site could have been a bit cleaner. Upgrades are ongoing, staff is busy, and friendly.
Overall our stay was good, and exactly what we needed.

Nice and Easy RV Park

The RV was nice and quiet for the majority of time. Couple of people who live there were playing loud music one night, but other than that its relatively quiet. Amenities are okay with a number of shower blocks, washer dryer units. Theres a swimming pool, bar and restaurant not sure if they were open but don't look too well maintained.
Was $70 due to holiday weekend and then after that was $35.
Other reports are right you do have to provide insurance details and ID, wasn't a hassle for us though.
