Not bad for smaller rig or tent. Needs maintenance. Never like parks where people live in old trailers. Manager nice. 5 minutes away is Emigrant Lake park. 50 amp and pull thrus with beautiful lake views. Will definitely stay there next time!

Small crowded rev park, lots of “ permanent “ residents living in old trailers. Wild chickens running around made my dogs crazy. A little run down, clean bathrooms.

We stayed one night on our way to Portland. More than 50% of the park are full time residents. Derelict rigs and cars abound. Tiny two stall bathrooms with two darkly lighted showers. Uneven pull through site necessitating 6 inches of levelers on the down side.

We stayed here 4 nights. We were right be the flowing stream and it was peaceful and quiet. There are some older rv's there but no one bothered us. There were chickens but they were far enough from our site that it didn't bother our dog. I would definitely stay here again.

We agree that this is NOT a nice place to stay. This was actually so bad we could not even leave the camper. The permanent residents on both sides had confiscated the picnic table, no fire pit, a dead animal smell was overpowering when outside of rig, so we could not open windows at all. Poorly maintained site, if you d call it that, cigarette butts all over the site, sad place
