We made reservations there several months ahead of time as there was a large rally in Indy we were attending. We knew we'd need the full hookups but when we arrived, they'd given our site away moving us to an old site with no hookups except a dangerous looking 30 amp electric. Previous campers had left trash and broken pumpkins scattered about. Owners gave us a $3 discount! We won't go back.

We camped here in relation to our having a couple of medical visits at the Indianapolis VA, and Riverside Hospital in Nobelsville that were close together and we just decided to spend some quite time here rather then make the longer commutes. I was disappointed with the condition of the shower/restrooms, and lack of WiFi that couldn't reach our campsite (even though it was close to the router?); but the wife found everything just finely suited to her liking. We had been hoping to discover a camp that was open "all year with full utilities" but not having much luck, this one would if the site had a Pit for the water spigot so it didn't freeze, and that is the one where we camped. The hook-ups were great, and the park quite, pet friendly and while walking the dogs, there were evident of days gone by of better times. The part we stayed in was newer and much better maintained. Still would recommend this campgrounds for overnighters/passers-through or short term stays, nice people to deal with and reasonable rates.
Owners were friendly and quick response within minutes of the highway. No reservation and they got us right in. Easy pull threw spots. Nice and level. Country views doesn t get much better then this.
