We found this and thought it was a private campground. This is on the North end of the huge city park. Located adjacent to the city park management building who regulates the camping. We spoke with Rose who was extremely helpful. The lady who coordinates the camping was off on the day we arrived...but Rose got us situated. The sites were huge, with water and electric. Lots to do at the park and right in the middle between Colonial Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Great basecamp to explore the area.
