This place had potential. Very rude staff member dismissing my husband due to his gender. Allowed an after hours family to park 2 sites down with screaming and yelling children at midnight. The kids were banging the doors open and shut and even climbing on top of their RV No number to contact to enforce quiet hour rules!

We were going to just stay here one night on the way home but this place is so perfect we are staying an extra night! Big RV pull thru sites in a clean park surrounded by stunning natural beauty....what else could one ask for? Oh...and the office staff couldn't be nicer

Just wanted to reiterate what everyone has said. This is a great park. Also..they will be changing their name to Grande Hot Springs RV Resort. Same owners, same great park.

I'm not inclined to write reviews, but... This place is awesome! We stayed in May, when the mountains still had a crest of snow, and the valley and foothills were green. I honestly felt like we had discovered paradise. The facilities are immaculate and updated. Bathrooms feel like a spa, and the pool and hot soaking tub are spotless. Spaces are 100% pull thru and are 90' long, with grass areas and picnic tables. Reviews are just a snapshot in time. And in this case, the snapshot will stay with us for a long time. We'll be back.

Quite, peaceful and surrounded by distant blue mountains. Well worth the 5 mile drive off the freeway. An occasional train rumbles by in the distance but without the annoying whistle blast of going through crossings. Huge park accommodating any size RV'S and good Wi-Fi connections. The pool and spa make for a relaxing soak. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Traveling 84 east or west, this is a park I will always stay in.

| Unfortunately, NOT worth the washboard road in

By user-5796869... on 2017-10-23.

I loved the reviews and so I headed for the campground, but soon as I turned off on exit 268, the incredibly rough rutted gravel road was beating my Sprinter van to death. I was forced to turn around. It's probably a nice place but they'd get my business if they graded the road smooth.

| Better rd in

By user-6077104... on 2017-10-23.

Do not come in off 84 !!!!! Hwy 203 is just a very short gravel road to the campground WHICH IS FABULOUS. They could use a second bathroom at the far end of camp but otherwise it is an outstanding campground.

All RV parks should try to be like this. Clean, cheap, pool for the kids, good wifi for Dad to work, wide open space, and friendly service. Best park we have found in a long time.

Great quiet park. They have gotten more pet friendly over the years which is a big plus! This would be a 5 star but not much shade and you need to travel about 1/4 mile on a gravel road, (I know, you can't make the trees grow faster and the county won't pave the road)!

| Worth the washboards

By user-5860537... on 2017-10-23.

This is my first review as I really enjoy this app and this facility. Yes you will get a little bit of dust on your rig but the amenities the bathrooms are new and clean the staff is very accommodating a very good value will see you again. PS the people at the hot springs building are in no way affiliated with this park but they are very grumpy and are experts of sales prevention. Bottom line yes stay here skip the hot Lake Springs building and go into the Town of Union had a blast thank you very much

We stayed here 5/5/2018. Very quiet with large pull through sites. The pool was 99 degrees. The showers were clean and modern. The staff was very friendly.

I love this park. The owners and camp hosts are lovely. I had a busy work time & thus needed someplace I could focus & relax. Pretty good WiFi except Thursday through Sunday evenings when the park was really busy but that makes sense. I also had decent enough att service to use as a hotspot as needed. The hot spring fed pool was rejuvenating & showers were hot & well done (clean, nicely tiled, hot). Their laundry is great 4 washers & 4 dryers in the main building that were not expensive, clean & all working, with helpful sign explaining how long each cycle took. I think there’s another set of laundry on the other side of the park. Dog friendly with walk stations around the park. Yes, you have to drive on a gravel road to get there but it was worth it to me.

| AMAZING

By user-6379880... on 2019-08-09.

Quiet, plenty of grassy room between rigs, huge open areas to walk the pups and explore. The hot springs pool were muscle melting heaven, and now a regular pool won t suffice . Follow the directions in the confirmation email to avoid the 2 mile washboard road, but if you don t still doable. Chris & his wife are the camp host and run the office most of the time, they are funny, helpful and really good people - they set an awesome tone from the beginning. Planning on returning. Clean bathrooms, WiFi pretty good at campsite, plenty of antenna channels, long term neighbors AWESOME.

We arrived 9-9-18 and stayed 4 nights. Very easy in and out. Nice size sites with easy hook up access for our 28 ft travel trailer. Sites are gravel and level and some have nice shade trees. All sites offer a wonderful views of surrounding mountains. Hot tub and pool are excellent for sitting and soaking in the hot springs. The hot springs fed the pool, spa and showers - artisan well supplies the cold water). Very clean baths and shower. Laundry appeared clean but we did not use it. Beautiful park-like setting with group fire pits and free wood. Excellent pet area but no dog- run. Owners (Mike and Tamera) are very friendly and go the extra mile to accommodate individual needs. They have a small nice store with good, drink and RV supplies. They also hired excellent part-time help. We liked this place so much, we stayed an extra night. We will definitely stay here again ... and again ... and ....

We started our May National Parks Trip at this park and drove 400 miles yesterday to complete it here. This park is 5 miles off highway 84. Lighting is pedestal lights not big glaring over head lights. All grass except for under your camp setup. Pet friendly! There is a slow moving water way along the hillside of the park where numerous birds and ducks reside. Also a small lake along the road which supports more bird life. Great spot for photos. Lots of trees around the perimeter and waterways. The facilities include natural hot springs spa and pool. There is a small store, yurts and the wonderful showers and bathroom facilities. During the winter months half of the sites are off line and they open up the other sites mid May around the annual birding expo held in the area. There is a train but not too close and our first trip in the road was partially flooded. Not to the extent that we could not travel it. It is gravel and is maintained very well. We use 30 amp but I m sure 50 is available. There is well water and dump/sewer at the sites.

| What a wonderful place to stay!

Well, What can I say! It was near perfect. Quiet and beautiful. Not too far from Grande. Flower lilies in the river, Trees and soft grass. Staff extra nice. All the nice little touches that mean a lot. For example, a deep sink with a soap dispenser in the laundry room to get out those pesky stains. The bathroom was like going into a spa! Definitely going back!!!

Stayed here 2 summers ago on my way back from North Carolina. So AWESOME, so beautiful and very nice people that run the place. They acomadated all my request and were happy to do whatever they could. Going back this summer for more than one night......Love this place!

If you call ahead of your visit the owners will tell you a better road to get there besides the gravel road. Much smoother.

Jody and Chris awesome hostess, beautiful landscape and nice pet area. But the hot spring was a let down. Smallest swimming pool I have seen. Couldn t fit 10 adults or energetic children way too small. We stopped specifically for the hot springs. Check out time is noon which is pleasant. Has showers and restrooms , laundry area open 24 hr.
