Clean Quiet Park

This is a clean quiet RV/Mobile home park. Nice laundry and a nice grassy area near the front. I have seen quail, mourning doves, and bunnies. Beautiful sky at night, wonderful sunrise and sunset. Great view of the mountains to the east. Very good sandy area for tents. GOOD internet. Friendly employees and always ready to help.

Not bad, little pricey

This place worked out well for our quick one night stay. It wasn't hard to get into with our Expedition pulling our 24' trailer. Nice big pull through spots right at the front. Their gates were open all night which was great since we got in at 11:30 pm and were able to pay via envelope and leave early in the am. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating and the water could have been hotter but it served it's purpose. We gave it 3 stars for an average park that was a bit over priced even with our AAA discount.

Not a bad park but some minor issues

This park is neatly maintained but is all gravel throughout. Very quiet except for trains running by frequently about 1000 yards away. Good thing is there are no train whiles so all in all is not horrible. Interesting that 50 amp power, water and cable TV (not great, 8 fuzzy channels ) are all on the passenger side of your motorcoach. Only sewer is on drivers side. Easy access to expressway but far enough off that you do not hear the noise. All in all, not a bad place to stay if you are traveling I-10. Could have rated it higher if the above mentioned issues did not come into play. Everyone was very friendly. A little pricy at $32/night but not horrible.

Good park

Nice park once you settle in. First impression was not great but after our 2 day stay, felt it was nice. Cable TV was fuzzy but Internet was good. Ft Bowie and Chiricahua were the draw and enjoyed both. $32/night was a fair rate for 50 amp full hookup. Owner was helpful and took good care of the park.

Flat spaces, nice people

Great spot for an overnight. Flat pull throughs, well kept spaces. We didn’t use the facilities but they were clean, maybe a little dated. Dave was very welcoming and kind as well as the people checking us in even though we were coming in after hours. The KOA down the road made us feel like they were doing us a favor so we found this spot. You can hear the trains but only in the morning.

Very nice park. Well maintained and very friendly and accommodating. All gravel but very level and clean. Some grass areas with shade. We were just passing through with our 45' motorhome with a tow and had no issues. Easy to get to from I10.

GETTING OUT OF THE STORM

Garmin GPS directed us to this park, its an amazing park. We came in late with no reservations and the Manager on site was very accommodating. She made sure the check in process was quick and easy. Park was very clean, safe and quiet, facilities were super clean (although they could use a little updating), and easy to hook up in their pull thrus. Other staff on the property were very polite and helpful also.

Nice, clean, and we'll maintained park. Sites were a little tight to get in and out of with our 43ft 5th wheel.

Using Passport America while traveling, this little park was a suprise, level gravel sites, picnic table, club house, little Library. The lady in the office was friendly & helpful. Would stay here again when visiting this area.
