Not sure what the previous reviewer was smoking, but this is a very nice place with gravel level lots.
Right off freeway so lots of road noise. All sites are completely gravel will a small concrete pad/patio. Absolutely no grass or shade. No picnic table, no fire pit, no cable. They do have wifi.
Don't even come here the Owner is a hot Head ! Yell at us because we had Guest stop By for a few minutes he yelled at them to ! He said they owed 2 dollars just for coming Through the gate. They did check with a lady At the office when they came in Dont come here the spots are so close ! No fires smells like sewer gas .
The reviews were scary, but we were only over-nighting, so we went for it. The people were fine! Normal acting even! We had 3 little dogs, one of them fresh from rescue with all sorts of training needed in his day to day life for quite some time. (friendly and cute as heck but barks at every little new thing, just in case it might be dangerous) The dog potty area is somewhat narrow, 12 ft wide or so, but its LONG, like 300 yards. The traffic for the flea market is only on weekend mornings, and they were polite. Everything worked at our site. It was an easy stop. 32 ft Class c with a Jeep toad.
If this RV park had a pool I would have given five stars. We visited in June and it was hot! Very reasonably priced $32 total tax included for 41 foot motorhome towing! Full hock up 50 amp! We also had a lot of rain and these very dry sites were great very level hard pack gravel! Owner does not raise rates for any special events including the Derby if you can get a site! Very close to a lot of attractions or just over night right off highway ! We will stay here again if we're back in this area
Perfect for an overnight! Easy on & off. It’s a trade off- close to highway? Or noisy? We take close to highway! Very nice lady checked us in and it was cheap!
Truckers make this a nightmare going NB on 65 to get on and off. Small lots. No WiFi or cable. They advertise WiFi but you cannot sign in. The only TV is 7 oldie (ME TV, Get etc.) channels. Noisy road noise all night. It is clean and the lady at the desk was friendly.
I was in the first line of parking and didn't hear interstate traffic. It is tight but I had no problems.
This park offers the basics for sites and services at a very reasonable price. The roads in the park are paved and the sites are gravel. The sites are a mix of back in and pull through and all are very close together. The park has a decent bathroom, shower and laundry area with a working wifi. The range of the wifi may not reach to all sites, but you can get on the wifi if you are close to either the office or the bathroom/shower building. The park is just off I-65 making it a convenient base to explore the Louisville area. The weekly rate for us made the average nightly rate less than $30 including taxes. Given the price and working wifi, we would have no problem staying here again.
Worst RV park ever. All gravel and cement. Sites are so close you can see in the windows of your neighbors camper. We couldnt even sit out on the cement pad because our neighbors slideouts covered it. The water spigot is submerged in water with no back flow preventor. This is a health code violation. On Easter Sunday the lady who checked me in told me "they" were working on the wifi. It never worked the whole week we were there. There are so many crazy rules I have never seen at another RV park. Never Again!
Easy access from freeway. Clean sites and restroom. No frills but quiet even if within sight of freeway.
