This is, basically, an old RV park that caters to seasonal people, many from Quebec. There is a section for overnight travelers that is adequate for a unit less than 35 feet in length. Sites are close. There are many park models and 5th wheel trailers with underpinning. The "residents are friendly. Activities are planned by residents. Ownership seems to not care to get involved. Under same ownership for 25 years by German couple that spends winters here. AT&T service is poor. Verizon a little better. Nearby Walmart is always busy with one entrance/exit. Handy location for Walt Disney World though a few are closer. Secluded section of Kissimmee. Quiet. Next to Give Children the World compound.
