Our 30' trailer could only fit in spot #1. We were lucky that it was available!

Awesome campground. Decent spacing between sites, which are also angled differently so everybody's not just staring at their neighbors. Most sites on the west and north have great views of the dunes and surrounding mountains but few of these have shade. Middle and eastern sites mostly have shade. Well-kept restrooms. Bear bins, fire rings and picnic tables at each campsite. Vehicle pads are dirt/gravel. No hookups but unthreaded water spigots are scattered around. Some spots were difficult to get a trailer into, and even unhitched there was barely room for our 24' trailer and the tow vehicle. The site we got was slightly larger than average among the sites at the campground. But the views and atmosphere were worth it.

The Sand Dunes are great! Rent a board from Oasis right outside the campground. Totally worth it. However, the campground was not so great. The mosquitos were horrendous. Swarms of them everywhere. There was no water in the park due to a well issue, so no bathrooms or a way to fill up your tank. It was pretty tough. Glad we only stayed one night.
