| Beautiful and roomy rv spot, but generators!
The rv section (loop F) is gorgeous, with nice big spots, but the Park allows generators from 8 to 8. When we were there several generators are running full time. When they finally went silent the noises of the night were incredible!
| Rustic and beautiful
We stayed in the section that only had RV's. The sites were roomy and situated along a creek. There was a nice hiking trail nearby. No hookups, phone service or showers, but Mother Nature provided all the amenities you need for a short stay.
| Exquisite!
The RV only loop (F) has no "bad" spots. Several of the outer loop spots back up to the Oconaluftee River. Spots are level, spacious and include picnic table and fire ring. Camp hosts are friendly and helpful. Only downside was the one camper with an open frame generator that ran right up until 8 pm. It's a great base for exploring the Smokys
