We had to stay here for a month, medical emergency. Verdict, stay far, far away from this dump. They have well water and the pump went out 3 times in one week. The owner is very rude. The RVers here are road crews and pipeline workers. They couldn't care less about their neighbors, up all hours and partying all weekend. Then there are the trains, all night long trains. The lots on the south side are unlevel and dirt, when it rains it's a mud pit. The north side is full of permanents. We haven't had a good night sleep since we arrived. This an overpriced dirt parking lot, I couldn't recommend this place for even one night, you're better off staying at a Walmart lot.
There are 2 sides to this park. One side with grass and trees the other side no grass or trees, just dirt. Lots of construction workers and long terms. This is NOT a destination park. Plan ahead and find a better park.
Management is incredibly accommodating, Great place to stay, facilities are all very clean ! !
I have been staying here almost two weeks now while visiting a friend in Greeley. I really don't understand the negative reviews. This is a very decent park. The two mangers are very accommodating in all your needs. Yes, there are a lot of permanent residents here, but they are working people and don't cause any problems. Yes, there are puddles when it rains, just like most campgrounds. Puddles happen when it rains. I won't hesitate to stay here again!
We stayed here a month. Positives: reasonable rate of $475 + electric which ran about $70. We ran air all the time. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Laundry had 2 locations and priced very low. Quiet with lots of people gone working day/nights. Park geared towards adults. Greeley has LOTS of cattle farms in the area and occasionally the wind blew and air smelled bad. No fault of owner! Rated 4 because roads are a little rough. We'd stay again when in the area.
If you are sensitive to odors go elsewhere. There must be a stock yard near by cause if the winds are wrong it reeks of animal waste. Sites are tight but level.
