Green Gate Grove (55+)

Green Gate Grove is very well kept with large lots and beautiful landscaping. This is an age restricted park and one person on your lot must be over 55. Minimum lot size is 32" X 90" or larger. All lots have a large cement patio and full hookups, 30 and 50 amp. There is a large heated pool and hot tub. A recreation hall with frequent music, dances and shows. Meals are available several times a week during the busy winter season. The community consists of just over 400 lots and is a mix of RV lots, Park Models and homes. It is in a semi rural area in Palmview Texas but within a mile of the freeway. The World Birding Center, National Butterfly Park and paved biking trails are within a few miles. Reservations must be made prior to arrival with the owner of the lot you desire to rent. A list of available rentals is available at the office or on the Green Gate Web Site.
