This place has everything you would want in a RV park. Clean, level, full service camp sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. Close to the Alamo and the River Walk.

Great pool, beautiful grounds, very well kept. Not very kid friendly though. If you are looking to stay monthly be prepared to pay extremely high electric! I think there is something very shady in the way they bill electric. Our bill was at least $200/mo & we were one of the cheaper ones. If you ask for your meter reads, they won’t show you. We have been at numerous other parks over the years & have never paid over $75. Seems shady to me!!! We enjoyed our few months there but won’t be back because of their electric rates.

Texas, San Antonio, Southeast area of town. We were reluctant to stay here because it was so far south of things we needed to do while back in town (medical/church/friends). BUT, it was such a lovely, well appointed, well kept place that we decided to bite the commute bullet. AND, we discovered it took just a few minutes more to get everyplace we wanted to go because you can jump on a highway pretty quickly and get anywhere fast. The sites are wide, smooth concrete, the utility connections are modern and reliable. Everything is included in our monthly fee of $696, except for electricity and propane. The first month of electricity was less than $100. Propane is $3 per pound. The shower/restrooms are clean all the time. The outside pool is kept heated to 85 degrees and the hot tub to 104 degrees--both are always clean. The grounds are kept immaculate. There is a mix of permanent and temporary RVers here. There is a community room with a large TV, couches, free coffee (not great) and free popcorn (always great) and a water/ice dispenser. The computer room has printers and paper for your use, and operates faster than the Resort wifi included with your fee. There are swing benches at each corner of the lake, along with more gas grill space than we've ever seen used at one time, and several fire pits around the lake. Also a free dog wash. It's a gated, QUIET and safe place, near a lot of hiking trails, the Mission Reach of the San Antonio Riverwalk, and there are plenty of stores of all kinds within a few miles. It's about 15 minutes to the Riverwalk downtown, and a few minutes more to a ton of museums and the San Antonio Botanical Garden. We are staying here in the dead of winter, but the resort has lots of flowers and flowering rose bushes. We have been treated to beautiful sunsets and sunrises, and a 5-hour fireworks show New Year's Eve from 5 different places around the resort. We really appreciated Allen and Patti and all the resort staff--great folks. We'll be back when we need to return to town.

This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have ever stayed. Nice paved sites, gated community, very friendly staff. This is our second time here and will always stay here when we are in the area.

Stayed one month, nice paved lots, FHU, cable and wifi. Many long term residents seemed to be mostly young working families. Heated pool and hot tub. Grounds and restrooms spotless. We thought electric cost was reasonable. Very nice staff. Catch and release pond

| Over rated park

We stayed here as the photos made it look very nice, and it had a very high Good Sam rating. Don't be fooled. It has the potential to be a nice park but there are some serious issues-1) there is a huge amount of full timers. Not full timers who are RVers but people who stay here and work locally. One of them across the way from us came home every evening with his radio blasting. He then parked, kept the door of his truck open and kept the music blasting while he sat out and drank beer. When I called the office after the second day it occurred,I was told ,"we will send him an email about the issue. He's usually pretty good about turning it down " Many of the full time RVs are old, dirty and have all kinds of junk around them.2) Parking- the sites around the pond are only 40 ft deep so many people park right in the street, making it extremely narrow. 3) Dogs are supposed to be on a leash. I saw many dogs running around without a leash. Long story short this place seems to cater to the full timers, no matter what condition their RVs are in, they don't enforce their own rules, and use the true RVers as gravy. Won't be coming back.

Newer RV Resort that is very well maintained and a nice mix of FT & PT RV'ers. Residents are very friendly and helpful with issues. Staff is also warm and inviting. Wouldn't consider another park in this area because we enjoyed it so much.

Very nice RV park with good facilities. Gated concrete sites, wide streets, clean quiet and full hookups. Mostly full timers/permanent residents but still good for a few nights. We stayed in a lake view site in 40' Class A towing a car and it was tight but adequate.
