| The park has potential

By user-5004888... on 2017-10-23.

New owners, very nice, nice and green in July, site off level, no Wi/Fi, no cable but antenna pulled 20 channels, off the beaten path so nice and quiet

| Disappointed

Park is ok.Shower houses and bathrooms are terrible,I felt sorry for the people that had to use these areas.Prices are very high for the areas that they have to use 55$ a night for all nights which is ridiculous. The places for kids are randown and really can't use any of these areas. The pools are filthy and in disrepair.Firewood is outrageous 4 pieces for 5$ and the sites and unlevel and grass and mud.

| Has potential. Caters to seasonal

By user-5899367... on 2017-10-23.

Very quiet, in the middle of nowhere, which is a plus. First impressions upon entry is abandonment. Old building upon entry, park maintenance equipment sitting around, no one at the gate and a little obscure on where to check in. Not much for kids; playground, tennis courts, basketball court all worn out, mini golf course worn and did not appear available for guests. Two pools, both in need of repair with notes at the pool that weather didn't cooperate to make repairs; however, they were both dirty with no apparent effort to clean, front pool house in ill repair, and pool are has a separate, very small are for lounge chairs, no chairs around the pool, probably due to narrow deck. Go to the back pool, nicer chairs, pool deck and renovated bath house . Signs about NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD everywhere so we ordered firewood and for $5 we received six, court them, six pieces of wood that appeared to have been dug out of the ground and wet, I was so mad, ripoff! Water pressure is super high; make sure you have a relief valve, mine was relieving excess pressure. Electric junction box in ill repair, water faucet old and difficult to maintain good connection. This place apparently caters to seasonal renters which are everywhere, seriously, everywhere, in every arrangement and no apparent organization. It appears owners are trying, so we might go back in a few years.
