Reviews for Greentree Village North Travel Park

| Nice and convenient

This is a former mobile home park so their spaces are a bit more generous than some I have seen. It has nice amenities and is very close to everything we needed in our two month stay. The only reason not to give them five stars is the traffic noise from the street at the front and the city maintenance yard directly behind the park. There are many long term residents but the maintenance is good. They have short term parking either in the back or up front where we were. If you don't mind some traffic noise and regular visits from the fire department on medical runs its a real nice place. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend them.

This is a run down trailer park disguised as an RV park. Many park models mixed with old travel trailers. Park models set on cement sites but all shorter term sites are gravel and extremely unlevel. All sites have mature trees, so satellite reception is questionable, at best. To pick up satellite at our site, we had to pull to the very front of the pad, which was EXTREMELY un-level and required numerous blocks to level. We tried working with the management to move to a more level spot with satellite coverage and were told to keep trying. We tried for over a week and were told to check after the first of the month when the monthlies vacated their spots. When two sites came open that were more level, we asked to move but were told they could not move us due to the way their "reservation system" worked. They had no intention of letting us move when they told us to keep checking back. When I called the office and spoke with the general manager, I was told "that's the way it is and next time you can go to another park," and HUNG UP on me! We have have traveled extensively (we are full timers) and have NEVER encountered a park like this one! Based on our experience, I find the previous review very hard to believe.

I’d give it 3 1/2 stars. We were only there for a couple days while visiting friends close by. Didn’t take long to get to downtown attractions. It’s been my experience that RV parks with full-time residents aren’t kept up, but the park was clean and well kept. They were able to accommodate us with a pull-thru space for our 40’ towing a trailer. They have a pool, playground and a small fenced area for pets.
