Laundry and bathrooms are very dirty. Sites very tight and not level. No frills camping owners are nice but act like they don't care if you are here or not.
NO WIFI Mowed 10 pm! FHU sites very close together; slides almost touched!

Stayed 9 days & enjoyed area very much. Very quit, friendly staff, road into RV sites narrow but easy access into hookup area. Close to DC if going to visit, take Metro into DC, traffic on I-66 never seems to ease up & parking is limited in DC. Will come back
Nice people, nice grounds, great pool, but.oh lord the bathrooms. There was fe es o the floor in rh men's bathroom the entire time of our stay. The adjoining stall does not look like it was cleaned behind in years. Great place if you don't have to use their bathrooms
Used as a base for visiting relatives and worked nicely. No wifi or cable but phone service was great and antenna picked up many channels. Road is rough but serviceable if taking your time.
Attended a wedding and decided to stay here rather than spending big $$$ for a hotel. Fit our needs perfectly. Campground was well kept and clean. There is a pool and fishing for the kiddos. Bath house was kept clean. Wooded section looked to be a tight fit for anything other than a tent or pop up. We stayed in the full hookup pull through section in our travel trailer.
Very nice campground on the family farm. One lane in and out but no issues. Stayed three nights over weekend. FHU level site pull thru. Very long. Close neighbors in pull thru. Easy to get to DC for sightseeing and relaxing when you get home. Will stay again when in area.
Stayed overnight. Did not even shower, because it is not clean. Also far away from the site. And very dark at night. Not cheap either.
It s a CG around their farm. Does have full hookups. Narrow road driving to the CG no idea what happens if you meet another RV coming or going. Quiet. Parking gravel site not very wide. Picnic tables at each site. Does have a pool but was closed for the season.
5 stars for peaceful & quiet setting. 3 stars for laundry. 3 stars bc our site was next to a sewer lift station that smelled; that ruined being able to open windows or sit outside.
So disappointed here after thinking it would be nice because it is family owned. The only full hookup sites are on a hill and many are not level. Our step was so high my wife could hardly get out of coach. First impression is dirty place, store was not a store because of no inventory, trash dumpsters has trash on ground and never cleaned up, bath and laundry dirty, WiFi not good, no cable and only 2 stations. Just not what we expected.
Expected more from a family farm . Sites are wooded but close together, have to share the water and electric pole. Bathhouse is FILTHY, cobwebs are thick , overflowing trash in restroom and dumpster. Will not stay here again or recommend it.
