Very nice park. It is very big and has numerous homesteaders. But they are very friendly. There are numerous staff on site willing to help any way they can. The kids really enjoyed the water park and pool. The whole park is well taken care of and have paved roads. Most of the sites are also paved. Our only complaint was that the WiFi was horrible unless you were at the water park of store. We have already reserved our next stay.
If you're looking to get a site on or near the water, you're out of luck, they are used by the permanent campers. The new sites they put in a few years back are a gigantic asphalt parking lot that is so hot it's miserable. We were absolutely turned off by the "packed in like sardine" sites that are available. If I had to drive several more hours vs staying here, I'd keep driving. Not much good to say about this parking lot.
We've created a little bit of paradise just minutes from Virginia's Chesapeake Bay at Grey's Point Camp. Choose from our waterfront, open or shaded sites, 50 amp electrical service, WiFi. Free Cable tv on all full hookup sites. Clean modern comfort stations along with modern laundry rooms will make your stay enjoyable. Rent a Boat, Kayak or Canoe and spend some time fishing. The kids will have a blast in the Splash Point Water Park.
