Think trailer park with no picnic tables and trailers very close together. Gave my money to a resident because the owners weren’t around. There is a building that has 2 washers and 2 driers. In the same building is one bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a mirror. To the left of that is a shower with a curtain for privacy. That is it for the whole park. A little strange to be taking a shower when one of the more permanent residents is washing clothes. It was quiet. I was told it is mostly used by welders, etc. who come several times a year to do maintenance at the local steel plant. Sprint and AT&T coverage OK.
Dirty, rundown, unkept. People that are here have been here for awhile. The 'bathhouse' is a joke. One filthy shower, one equally filthy sink/toilet room. The 'laundry' is 2 old, dirty washers and dryers. All of this is in the 'bathhouse'. Grass is overgrown, sites are all in need of improvement. We stayed one night on our way south. Never again.
I had an amazing stay here the owner is really good to deal with. The park is always well kept and grass cut. I would recommend anyone that passes through to stop here and stay
Stayed on our trip south for a single night. This is not a resort by any means, but the place was well kept, the owner super pleasant, and hook ups all worked without any problems. At the back of the park there are three pull-thru spots which are perfect for pulling in, getting some rest, and heading out the next day without having to unhook a tow vehicle. PA price can't be beat.
Small park. Mostly work camp. 3 pull thrus in the back close together but adequate. Quiet. For the weary traveller just looking for a spot to put the jacks down and get a good nights sleep this is perfect.
good place to stop and rest, very quite, everything work as far as hook ups. owner very easy to work with. would certainly stay again.
We have stayed the night a number of times. Very small with only 3 pull-thrus. Pat is super friendly. I can't speak to the facilities, but the hook-ups work just fine.
The good is that we have working electric and water. We picked up a number of ota channels. I would not stay here if I didn t have my passport America discount to use. It was self serve for check-in.
Grizzly s caters to long term workers. Restrooms are adequate but in need of daily maintenance. Quiet and a bit pricy if you are not past military.
Great place right off the interstate for an overnight or longer stay. There are full time residents but there is still room for others to park. Full hookups and single road going in and very quiet. There is a discount for Passport America members.
Rundown but ok for an overnight stay, glad they accept passport america
