We booked an rv site for 2 nites and a tent site for one nite. When we were in the area we drove thru really just to be ready when we brought our trailer. This place is a trash heap, there is no river access and I would bathe my dogs in the restroom. When I cancelled the reservation they kept twice their stated cancellation fee even tho it was more than the tent site cost to rent per day. Guess they gotta make money somehow. There are plenty of better campgrounds in the area to choose from.
Has potential for fishing along river. Pretty quiet but rate did not match what was shown in app. I paid 36 for one night. Expensive for what was offered.
It is really secluded. No traffic noise. Getting here was a little bit spookey. All in all, it's a little bit dated in its appearance. No water in the Guadalupe River but that could of been the time of year we were here. Looks like most of the spots that they say they have is right. Would ha e to come back in the summer.
