I called and made a reservation here after trying several other parks that were full. The confirmation email did not have a site number, but did say check in was after 1:00. We arrived about 2:30 only to find the office closes at 2:00, which they failed to mention when I made the reservation by phone. I called the "after hours" number and about 5 minutes later a man showed up on a golf cart. He told me to wait while he went in the office. When he came out he took us to our space. It was unbelievably tight with permanent modular homes next door and across the street. The streets are very narrow and our space was to park on grass. It had rained yesterday and the ground was very soft. The site was so tight that the host watched my front while my wife watched the back. The trailer tires made ruts in the soft ground and the truck started to spin. It was impossible to turn it in where they wanted me to park, and if I had, the neighbor would not have been able to open their car door, it was that close. I ended up with one side on the concrete patio, which the host said was okay, but I couldn't get blocks under the other side wheels to level it, because the truck would just spin in the mud when I tried to pull up on the leveling blocks. I had to get out my hydraulic jack and lay in the mud to jack up each axle and place the leveling blocks under the wheels. The hook ups all work, but the only place to park was so close to the trailer that we can't put the awning out. Just an overall miserable experience. There is no free Wi-Fi, it's available for $5.00/day. This is the most expensive and tightest campground we've ever been into.

Things that I loved about this resort: trolley to the beach, Super Wal-Mart with path from the resort, dog walk area, cleanliness of resort, curb side trash pick up on MWF, helpfulness of staff Things I wasn't a fan of: bathrooms need update, shower I took had no hot water - I don't know if it was because people were doing laundry and it ran out- ? Water hookups at every other site - had to buy more hose, but Wal-mart was right there This was my first trip with my 28.5 foot class A motor home. I arrived late and called phone number on office door. I had called ahead and the told me spot 26, so I knew where to park. The site numbers were painted on the road, so I easily found my spot. As some reviewers have said, it is narrow, but my rig easily maneuvered into the site as it is a bit shorter than most. Soon, Don, a park host came by with a nice folder of information, and badda bing, I was signed in. I had a plumbing issue and couldn't get a supply line apart. The office called Brian, and he came to my site and helped me. That help was so fabulous, and he was so nice. It really saved my trip.
