| Very clean, well run site.

We choose one of the least expensive sites which was$59 per night, they go up from there as you get closer to the beach (the road). The facility looks fairly new, the sites are all paved and very well maintained. The bathroom/showers we're to notch. The spaces are a little cramped, but overall I would highly recommend.

Small but excellent. New state of the art facilities, probable a result of Katrina. All concrete level pads and patios, separated by a 2 foot of brick for drainage. Front and back lots less than a city block from each other, save money take the cheapest. Gulf Beach just across 4 lane divided road and pool deck looks down on beach, huge deck with lots of high boy table and chairs next to pool deck. New lighted pedestals, water, black water all in concrete pad. Cable provided in pedestal, bring coax. Small Dog Run. Park is not well marked, it's behind a Waffle House. Great Park.

More than 5 stars! New, Fresh, Clean. The only bad thing I can say, the sign is small and we drove way past it; it's behind a Waffle House. Concrete level pads, the whole place is concrete. Pool is elevated looking down on Beach and Gulf which is literally right across the street. Very small, save $$$ go for the cheapest, there's no real advantage for the higher cost lots. The Ocean view lots are parked so the utility side faces the gulf. Large patio area. NO fire allowed but I think that's a regional thing because of wild fires.
