| Great Overnight Spot

Stayed there a couple of nights on our way home. As other reviews have said: easy access to I-10, all sites are paved, level, and pull through. Bathhouse facilities were very clean. You don't expect it at an RV park but they do have a nice breakfast - great place to meet other travelers. Price was great for what was provided. Quick and easy access to Beaumont if you want to go into town.

Located right off the highway but fairly quiet at night except for the occasional train. Sites are large enough for the big rigs but hookups are not located near the center of the sites. If you are in large rig and towing, have a long sewer hose. Staff very friendly, free breakfast. Park is clean

An excellent site with very good staff. Even includes breakfast. Can hear the highway in the distance but it isn't bad. The wifi is very spotty and we could only use for a few minutes here and there.

On our annual treks across I-10 we plan our route with a stay here. One of our favorites. Always friendly and helpful staff.

There is a fitness room, clean private shower/ toilet rooms. Close to noisy I-10. Campsites are tight. The satellite cable TV system is the worst I have ever seen. Very unstable with poor quality video. The wi-fi system is good.

We always try to stop here on our trip. We know there will be clean bathrooms, a nice breakfast, good site, & friendly staff. TV is not great but you can get over the air. WIFI no problem. Easy on and off.

From our unconfirmed online reservation to the time we left early, our experience was unacceptable. Staff advised advertised rate special may not be honored based on how busy they may be...after reassigning us from an ok site to one that was nothing but a mud hole. We then requested another site, and were able to place some wood by our door to stay out of the mud. Hookups were surrounded by water, cable did not work, advised to use our antenna. More rain overnight, WiFi code rejected in a.m. again no help, we left .

Easy access off of the interstate. All spots are on concrete and the roads are paved. Good grass areas between spots. Playground. Pool. Exercise area. Very clean with keyless entry. Very safe. Spotless. Easy after hours check in. All are pull through spots. Free breakfast! Be sure to go to Pappadeux Seafood Restaurant, an easy 1 1/2 mile away. The best ever.

We have been stopping here on our way to Texas and back for years. Have always been treated right by staff during these rest stops. I have read negative reviews and have come to the conclusion you can't make everyone happy. Even if there is no reason to complain they will!

Stayed over night and will probably stay here again. Great showers, free breakfast and very nice staff! Park is very clean. Able to handle 45 ft with tow. Easy on and off I-10.

Don't stay here if you want quite nights sleep, very noisy from I-10, we asked to moved a quieter site and we were put onto a back site nearer to road. We were going to stay 2 nights but decided to move on after such a bad nights sleep. The lady in the office didn't care . No refund either, we pass this way regularly and we won't be staying here again, itis advertised as a quiet site - what a joke!

We have been to this park several times. Didn’t use many of the amenities but love the host and fellowship at breakfast. Plan to stay there next week

For a one night stay it is ok. It is tight and not very pretty. Everything is clean and looked after with no charm. It is too expansive for what it is.

We stayed for two nights and the staff was great. So welcoming. The free breakfast was a nice way to meet people, and the pool was great. Cozy camp store and nice bathrooms. The sites are even and pull through. We were able to stay an extra night, even got the same spot so we didn t have to move - great service all around.

Nice park, paved space, free breakfast, didn't use other facility, quite, train is area but stops running about 8, staff is negative on every question ask. Stayed there 2 weeks ago had same staff person, same attitude. Would stay again.

The office staff was very nice. She recommended Floyds down the road for seafood, which was very good. The pads are level, but they are only as wide as your rig. It was so muddy trying to hook up everything. They are aware of the problem because stepping stones were in some area's. There seemed to be alot of workers staying in the park because there were lots of trucks leaving out early. We didn't use any of the facilities at the park, or eat breakfast. When we were leaving out the dumpster was in an area were there was construction. I had to walk thru the mud & grass to get to the dumpster.

Really nice overnight in a pull thru, didn't have to unhook toad. Very friendly staff, free breakfast. Not far off the interstate, but little or no noise. Would stay again.

Nice lots but narrow. Lots of contract workers so there are not many activities if you are looking for a camping experience. Free breakfast is a plus and restrooms were clean. This is a great spot for an overnight stay. Yes there is a train near by and you do have I10 noise but it was the stadium lights at Ford's Field behind the park that were somewhat annoying. There was a baseball tournament the weekend we stayed. Staff was very nice too. I'd stop again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the narrow lots. If it rains you will be in the mud getting in and out plus more with hookups.

Nice breakfast. Great individual bathrooms with showers that were very clean. Nice pool. Even 2 bikes for guest use. We'd definitely stay aga.

Great for an overnight, we've stayed here many times with no issues until the last time. Arrived mid-afternoon, got checked in, parked and set up. While my husband was outside plugging in, our neighbor told him we had no water. Sure enough, water was shut off.. We hoped they'd get it fixed but at 5:00 pm sharp we watched the staff practically lay rubber in their haste to close up shop and get the heck out of there. Before leaving, they slapped a notice on the office door saying the water would be off for two days. Be sure you ask if they have water before checking in or at least have enough on board!

The good- the park is clean, sites level and long, the pool was well maintained, as was the park, laundry facilities were fine. However, this park has serious drainage issues, there was standing water past your ankle in every site, and from reading reviews, this is an ongoing issue. The pads are are tight, so not walking in the grass is an issue, we soaked a couple pairs of shoes which was irritating. At night it is lit up bright, which made it very hard to sleep well. Additionally, there was a ton of noise at night, which kept walking my husband and I up, one awake I-10 made it hard to fall back asleep. To make matters worse, they had lawn crews start mowing at 730!!!
