This is a nice park with one exception it just a large parking lot. Owners are great but they sure need to plant some trees
CONS: Thier sites are gravel..parking lot. Sites are extremely close together. If its a postal holiday you pay extra, who charges extra for easter weekend? They do. If you arrive after hours without a res, your not given the code for the restroom-shower facilities or be able to use wifi when the price is the same if you have good Sam discount. Train & sirens all day. PROS: There is an empty lot in front of the campground so the gulf and sand is directly across the street and can be seen from most sites. The laundry and bathroom facilities are always clean. Small pool, but if there is rain in the forcast, they won't open it. Close to Casino. We stayed her in a motorhome in April.
Very clean and new. Gravel pads spacious and level. Located near beach. Beach not much but then many Gulf beaches disappointing. Near or has easy access to the highlights of Mississippi Gulf.
Very, very nice. We had planned to stay one night but stayed two. Across the street from Beach. Very nice showers/bathrooms/laundry and spool (pool and jacuzzi). All gravel sites. Very quiet this time of year. Kathy our host was excellent! Would stay again.
This place literally is just a gravel parking lot without trees in most sites. There are no benches or tables on any of the sites. We were there during the recent cold spell and the power went out in the middle of the night so we had no heat or electricity. We called the office hoping there would be some kind of emergency contact for after hours (it was about 24 degrees) but nothing. Nobody cared and since still nothing was fixed by 11 the next morning we decided to leave. To top it all off, we were blamed for probably overloading the circuit - wonder how this is even possible when you’re at a 50amp site and the only things running at night are the heat and fridge ????
We pulled in today, knowing this was no frills. It isn t horrible, nice view of the Gulf, pleasant staff. But it is almost entirely gravel. We are here for 5 nights. Hope the traffic noise isn t bad, right at the corner of two streets.
Within an hour of arrival, electric went out. Neighbor said they had been in that spot and moved because the same happened to them. Office was closed so we moved down two spaces. Next morning, manager made us move again because someone was arriving that day who reserved that space(although no one arrived for the next 2 days) and she told us it was illegal to run more than 1 air conditioner in an RV park in Mississippi (it s not - we called authorities). 2 lies, lousy park, avoid!!
