Stayed 07/21/16- 07 29/16. This is a nice quiet KOA. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Staff leads you to sight and makes sure your OK. Was originally staying for a coupe of days. Enjoyed park, so stayed for a week. Bathrooms clean, grounds nice. Park is on Perdido Bay. They have cabins you can rent facing them. This was my 2nd time to stay there. Stayed in a TT, 30 amp. Only negative, the pool could use an update. Cracked concrete, but OK! Nice hot tub. Only reason for 4 stars, pool needs repair.
It's a beautiful little park right on the water we were there to run from Irma and had a great time. Internet was extremely slow but the amount of people there it was to be expected. Bath houses were normally clean and I had no issue going up to shower. My only real con/ complaint dealt with other campers and was in no way the staffs fault. Every one was extremely polite and helped out any way possible will definitely be returning.
Not a happy camper. Made reservations online for a pull thorough. On arrival gave us a back in site with just enough room to get in between two trees. Then they said prices we were charged we're not right so had to pay more because a holiday. Don't make reservations because they do not honor them anyway!
Nice park if you're in a 20ft class C. This park is tight...REAL tight. We have a 38' 5th wheel. They squeezed us into a spot between 2 other campers. If the camper on the left had opened his awning, it would have almost hit the corner of our slide. Pulling in and out of our site was a bit tight as well. We were there one night and they squeezed us between these two others even though they had 6 sites open just a few sites above us. I liked that it was on the water. Although it was a nice clean park, I don't care to be that close to other campers. Would find somewhere else if in the area again.
