Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Close to beaches and shopping. We evacuated the East Coast because of Hurricane Matthew and when we called for a reservation, we were asked if we were evacuating and were offered special reduced pricing. Very classy.

Gulf Waters is very pretty and beautifully landscaped. Spaces are wide and people are friendly. The WiFi is just bad everywhere and they don’t tell you till you get here that you cannot stream. You can connect only 2 devices and they will shut you off if you reach 1.5gb. Many of the spaces are owned by people who can choose to rent out their space. There is a big booklet of rules you get when you pull in. In my opinion I would rather stay at a places that truly gives you the amenities they advertise. For the money, we would like to see more. No travel trailers allowed here and they have discretion on rigs over 10 years
